Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the regions available at checkout. If your location is not available during checkout, we are unable to ship to that destination at this time.

Shipping Costs

Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow a short period of time for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
TailFinds is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, household members, neighbors, building reception, or mailroom.
