We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened, used, washed, worn, or damaged by pets.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Used pet toys, beds, blankets, mats, grooming tools, feeding accessories, or hygiene products
- Items with pet hair, odor, bite marks, scratches, stains, or other signs of use
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such
- Customized or personalized products
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at 99wanju@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If the requested replacement item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Order Changes and Cancellations
