How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

For standard U.S. delivery areas, the estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or address issues.

Where do you currently ship?

We are preparing shipping for the United States and Canada. If your address is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to that area yet.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after your order ships.

Are these products suitable for all pets?

Not every product is suitable for every pet. Please check the product description, size information, material notes, and important warnings before purchase.

Do I need to supervise my pet?

Yes. Always supervise pets when using grooming tools, feeding accessories, training devices, or cleaning-related pet products. Stop use if your pet shows discomfort or if the product becomes damaged.

Can the ultrasonic bark deterrent replace training?

No. It is a training aid, not a substitute for reward-based training, professional behavior support, or veterinary advice. It should be used briefly and responsibly.

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Can used pet products be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, items with pet hair, odor, bite marks, stains, washing, or signs of use may not be eligible for return.
